DESCRIPTION: A Sweet, Medium Colored Corn Dog Batter Mix that cooks in 2 Minutes.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Fill a Tall, Round container with 1-1/2 Quarts (6 cups) Cool water. Thoroughly Whisk Five pounds Corn Dog Batter Mix into water. Completely coat a Dry wiener with batter mix. Fry in 375-degree oil for 2 minutes.
This batter mix is designed to hold the specified amount of water. When properly mixed and cooked it will provide a finished coating approximately ¼” thick around the wiener.
1 Lb Mix to 9 1/2 Oz Water 2.5 Lbs Mix to 24 Oz Water 5Lbs Mix to 48 Oz Water
USE WITH: This item is designed to need only water and a stick.
STANDARD PACK SIZE: 25 Lb Poly Liner in a Box and 5 Lb Heat Sealed, Gas Flushed bag.
