DESCRIPTION: Full flavored flour based Chicken Breading.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1) Dust Chicken pieces with Texas Crumb Pre-Dust or Chicken Breading. 2) Dip dusted chicken in prepared All Purpose Batter. 3) Place wet battered chicken pieces in Texas Crumb Standard Chicken Breading and thoroughly coat. 4) Fry in 350-degree oil until done.
USE WITH: Pre-Dust #1002, All Purpose Batter Mix #3014, Hot n Spicy Batter Mix #3016.
STANDARD PACK SIZE: 25 Lb Poly Liner in a Box and 5 Lb Heat Sealed, Gas Flushed bag.
